I would like to by Iphone 3GS
but I got few questions to clear things up

1) If I am from ME can I get that contract offer from Iphone web page that sounds $199 ?
2) Can I navigate via iphone for free without using internet ?
3) Is there Bluetooth option in iphone devices ?
4) Can I transfer images,mp3s,mp4s from my laptop to the iphone ?

You can get it for the price of $199 ONLY if you are 1. new at&t subscriber or 2. going to renew your contract when you get the phone. If not then, you will most likely have to pay the full retail price of $500 to $600 respectively.

To answer all your other questions, yes you can browse the internet and access the app stor without using At&t by using wifi which is all over the place. You can also use bluetooth on the iphone. You can copy images and almost anything else from your laptop to your iphone. And lastly, the software should not be hard to find or install as Apple has created the App Store just for that purpose alone.
